Assembly of an investment group with residential properties
AREA assembled an investment group with residential properties in Switzerland on behalf of a real estate investment foundation. In addition to existing buildings, the properties include numerous new construction projects and properties with ground leases. In total, over 40 properties with an investment volume of around CHF 420 million were acquired.
