Development of a former industrial site in Burgdorf (BE)
AREA acquired the former premises of the Alpina cheese factory in Burgdorf for an institutional client. In order to realize the potential of the site, a project development for an extension with assisted living (43 apartments and studios) was carried out. The project was designed by jessenvollenweider architektur.
