Owner’s representation for a renovation project in Valais
Based on a carefully developed refurbishment concept, AREA accompanied the implementation of a comprehensive renovation of two apartment buildings as the owner's representative. The owner decided to carry out the refurbishment while the buildings were occupied to maintain the existing tenancies. In addition to measures to increase energy efficiency and to reduce CO2 emissions, the residents will also benefit from enhanced comfort and a modernized appearance of the property.
